All accepted extended abstracts will be published as e-proceeding.
All accepted paper will be considered for publication either in Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA), or Malaysian Citation (MyCite) indexed journals. However, the publication fees will be fully borne by the authors according to the selected journals.
Extended abstracts should be at least three pages, but not more than five pages in length including the references.
The extended abstract should be attached during the registration for a conference via google form system – SUBMISSION OF EXTENDED ABSTRACT
Notification of acceptance and the Paper ID will be sent to presenter’s email once we received the extended abstract.
Authors need to pay the fees following the instructions posted on the FEE & PAYMENT section on our website. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference e-proceeding and journal publication.
A copy of the payment slip/ proof must be uploaded to the google form system link attached – PROOF OF PAYMENT
SUBMISSION OF PRE-RECORDED PRESENTATION VIDEO
Please prepare a recorded video presentation with the length should be between 10-15 minutes.
Please upload the video presentation to your own Google Drive and send the video presentation link here – VIDEO SUBMISSION.
SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPER
Submission of full paper must be accordance to the template of the Full Submission Paper.
The paper must be original and has not been previously accepted in a journal or in under consideration for publication elsewhere.
All papers must conform to the standard format set in Microsoft Word Template.
The paper must be written in English should not be less than 5,000 words and not more than 8,000 words, including an abstract, references, tables, figures and appendices.
Full paper submitted will undergo a double blind review process. Please ensure that the authors’ names do not appear in the first submission. Therefore, submission must include the “Main Document” and “Title Page” in a separate document submission.
